The Technological Center for New Developments in Trenchless Technologies provides information and offers consultations to the relevant personnel regarding the preparation of design tasks for trenchless construction and rehabilitation of pipelines, and also performs demonstrations of trenchless technologies to illustrate the technological processes, the job site, positioning of machines and equipment, etc.

The center offers assessment of the condition of the relevant infrastructure, laboratory testing and evaluation of samples of materials which were already used or will be used.

Apart from consultations, the center offers the following services:

Low pressure (up to 150 bar) water jet cleaning of sewer pipes to remove deposits and incrustation. Local defects and imperfections (dislocation, unevenness, roots and the like) are removed by means of a robot-cutter.

Low pressure (up to 150 bar) and high pressure (up to 1200 bar) water jet cleaning of water-mains.

Inspection and assessment of the condition of pipelines using a CCTV camera. A detailed report with pictures and video recordings and recommendations regarding suitable technologies are provided.

Mapping of the actual co-ordinates of existing pipelines in a format suitable for direct uploading into the digital GIS cadastre by means of a ReDuct mapping system.

Rehabilitation of pressure pipelines using the trenchless technology Cured-in-place Pipe.

Rehabilitation of gravity and low pressure pipelines using the trenchless technology Spirally Wound Pipe.
